Currently, Home Decor Lo ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and clearance items are final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture items come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that covers structural defects. Decorative accents and textiles are covered against shipping damage if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
