Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
